Hilton site has been defective since October

There were problems even earlier but it has been broken since October - repeatable errors of all sorts including logging in, timing out, editing reservations, cancelling reservations, using rewards points, search sorting and inconsistent pricing.  It is the biggest joke I've ever seen in ecommerce and the thing is, they don't even seem to care.  Other companies would have worked not stop to fix these problems in hours or days at the most.
