After finding the room and entering full payment info, it errors out ..."due to technical difficulties, we are unable to complete your request...." tried many times ..... So frustrating!

I've been trying all day to reserve our spring break trip. This is a very important trip to us....staying at Waldorf Astoria.
It IS frustrating...It lets yo go through the whole process and then says 'due to technical errors.." Do it all again later...Still down.
From what I read, this is a common problem, and not the level of service you would expect.
