403 Forbidden error

Groupon.com appeared to be working this morning, but I was unable to complete my purchase and kept getting error messages related to my payment record and other error messages. I chatted with Customer Service, and the agent asked me to retry my purchase.  Then, lost all connection to the Groupon site And was not abke to get to groupon.com after many tries.  My chat session was also disconnected, but this disconnection might have been a result of toggling between sessions on my phone and not because of the site (presumably) going down.
