Can't log on, has my info saved, says it's invalid, I've been on for years, can't get help, doesn't do anything... gives error 404

Same thing happening to me . Cant log in , says invalid, cant get help, say 404 error, I have worked five years trying to find my family and add them to their families on find a grave. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. All of my pictures are gone so if you are trying to find a family member and want to know their spouse, siblings, or children's name they have been deleted. I would have liked to delete my account and pictures myself.
