I try to log on but it tells me it doesn't recognize my pw and user name.

Will not recognize my user and password on the app but works online.
iphone app allegedly does not recognize name or password and i have been on hold for customer service for 32 minutes at this point without having even reached an agent or been given any sort of recorded announcement as to an outage. Ugh.
