Website won't allow me to login to my account

Trying to login to my account using my computer.  Website gives me a BS error message after entering credentials.  I can log in fine using the app on my phone.  To be clear - I do NOT want to do my online banking on a 2" X 4" screen!  Get your act together 5/3!
