Keep getting this emssage for past few days. This is concerning that a major bank like this has broken web site for such along duration.

I called 800-972-3030 from my residence phone, 843-757-0005, and received help on how to reset my password to be able to get into my account, but I am not very adept at using the computer, and need additional help in getting this corrected.
