I am unable to get into my mobile banking app. Keep getting a msg that something went wrong and to call support. I don't have time now to call as I'm at work and I need to get into my acct to make sure a deposit was made.

I have been unable to log into mobile banking for weeks with the same error. I work a schedule that doesn't permit me to call and the text support is utterly piteous.
