quicken cannot connect this morning

i am on hold for an agent.  wait time stated to be 12 to 15 minutes due to heavy call volume.

Spoke with Fifth Third Bank rep on 07/05/2017 and was told that they know of the problem and are currently working on it with Quicken.

As of 07/06/2017 9:00 AM still unable to connect to Fifth Third Bank with Quicken Direct Connect.

it's now back up and running (accessible through Quicken Direct Connect).
