No log-in, app or website. Again....

This is at least the sixth time scince Thanksgiving I haven't been able to log-in. Both the app and the website are not allowing log-ins. App shows some javascript issue and the webpage says "Technical Difficulties".  Nobody you can call and ask about it and the local personal are not tech-oriented. What a crappy bank.
