no drop down box in which to enter id and password

for over a month the problem has existed.  click on "sign in" and the drop box for id and password seems to freeze.  still able to access account through goggling "sign in to fifth third bank," but extra steps shouldn't be necessary,  is 5/3 aware of this probem?

same issue... kind of... unfortunately there is no drop down box available to log into... from samsung chromebook using chrome browser... works as expected without issue on asus desktop chrome browser and android mobile app.


has anyone else had an issue with logging in and accessing a fifth third bank account using chromebook chrome browser because there is no available log in drop down box in which to enter access credentials?
