MOBILE APP NOT WORKING SINCE 2/1/2021

I have un-installed and re-installed the app.  It keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet, which I am.  It says there is technical trouble, but it never is resolved, because I can't log in.  I also get an error window that says, "If you believe you are seeing this window in error, call customer service."  What is going on?
