log-in unavailable past many days

I've tried logging into 5/3 all week and the log-in panel refuses to open to allow typing one's name and password.  I literally drove to a branch after several days of trying and they were totally unaware of any problem, suspecting it was something wrong with my computer.  It's now the end of a week of non-access to my bank.  I've tried logging in on different computers at different homes and at work -- nothing works.
