Won't let me log into account even though I have all info correct

Hey there, I am having the same problem as well. My account got locked becuase of it and I am embarrassed to call them again since I actually forgot my password the first time I had to change it. But this time, I believe all my info is correct. Is there another way to log in, and can you use your card to buy stuff if it is locked?
