Direct Deposit & I can't access my money, where they do that at?

This is horrible, How can a bank be down on a payday for most people? I can't access my funds, swipe my card or get any money. I went to two locations and both locations were basically "UNBOTHERED" that I couldn't access my money. Like, it's time for me to start banking with a bank that I can access my money and not make me look like an idiot with Card Declining at the Pharmacy. When will this be fixed?
