Catastrophic Failure - Site down for an entire day!!

Even when the site was up, it sucked ... with outdated technology and awful navigation.  Geez, it's a simple banking application ... nothing earth-shattering needs to be developed ... but you can't even get the Log-In screen to work.

How pathetic is that??  Fire the CIO and his staff and just start over with people who know what they are doing.
