Can't use card at retailer and website won't login

Website is just blank when I log in tosay and card was rejected at gas station. Then went to bank 53 ATM and pulled up account and withdrew funds without issue. Just cannot use at a store or pull up account online. Can call the phone number to retrieve balance. Still cannot pull up website
