forgot password doesn't work, I enter all my information correctly and it tells me I've entered something correctly. super fun
Can't log on with Windows/Chrome desktop. I can log on with android app on phone. However, if I try to look at a document (i.e. statement), it tells me I don't have a pdf viewer. I have 2 viewers installed!!!
Same problem here. Their android app is garbage. I had to drive to a branch just to get a statement printout for a time-sensitive refinance application. Beyond ridiculous. I'm switching banks asap.
