can't login

They locked my account saying that there have been too many unsuccessful login attempts. But there has been no unsuccessful login at all. Anyway, I followed their instruction to change my password. An automatic call came in for verfication. so, I put the code shown in the screen. then they said it is an incorrect code and hang up. Somethig is really wrong with the system. I have been using 53rd bank online banking more than 10 years but it is really strange this time.
