Can't log in to - Called and message said we are currently closed

I've been trying to login to pay my mortgage and kept getting invalid user/PW error, called the # listed for tech assist and it wouldn't even connect, called mortgage cust serv # and got offices are closed message. This is absolutely unacceptable!! At the very least, insert a recorded system outage message for calls. smh
