Can't log in - blank screen when I try to

This problem of logging on (blank screen after you try and log in) has been ongoing for awhile now.  I have experienced it for the past week or so.  They claim they're working on it but I have my doubts.  Exactly how long does it take Fifth Third to fix this issue?  It's been going on for over a week now!  To me, this is UNACCEPTABLE.  Also, their phone system has seemed screwed up on and off.
