Can't log in again no matter what browser I use on laptop

Maybe we need to get organized about this.  Start protesting in groups at various branches.  Maybe  people marching outside the branch & telling people not to go in & Do Not Open an Account would motivate the branches to complain to their I.T. Dept. that they need to fix whatever their problem is.  Although it is most likely a bunch of idiots in the I.T. Dept. that are not Able to fix the problem.  Maybe a better idea is complaining to the Better Business Bureaus at whatever towns we all live in.  Wonder if anyone else is getting emails from Fifth Third reminding them how easy it is to pay bills on line.  Even if I did get online to pay a bill, I wouldn't have any faith that the electronic payment would get to the company I was paying.  I've just started paying on the various websites instead of through the bank.  Not many banks in my area, so I can't figure out who to switch to.  Does anyone out there know of any Good Banks????

I hae had severe problems logging into 53rd bank's web site on any windows computer, BUT have been able to on android phone.  However what you can do on phone is very limited.  Get severe runaround from reps, they DISCONNECT my calls when asking why they are not allowing me to set up external bank account.  They REFUSE to allow me to speak to IT dept. or anyone who can actually fix problems. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THIS BANK!  They have admitted that problem loggin in started after they updated security software but dont admit that thee is even a problem!
