Tried calling one of the branches and the 800 number. Got no answer from anyone at either number. They suggested I LOG ON to their website for help or questions...................
It's the same old story, all I get is a message saying OPPS - please try again. Why do we stay with them????????????? For me it is because I have to drive 35 miles to the closest branch to close my account. I used to live in Sarasota where there was a branch just down the street. There are NO branches in the Tavares, Eustis, & Leesburg area.
