3 days now cant log in. browsers Edge, Chrome, Firefox wont work. CS said to use Internet Explorer which is no loner available. Pathetic!

It isn't working for me either. Keep getting oops something went wrong for 2 days now. If you think you received this in error please contact customer service along with reference # and ip address. Someone posted a screenshot on here and it's the exact same error I'm getting. I use primarily firefox. I cleared cache and cookies, tried private browsing and rebooted my computer. No updates that have been done recently on my end. This morning I tried safari and was able to get in there but since so many are having this issue how long will I be able to?? This is on fifth thirds end so not sure what they did. They need to fix it!!
