Still can't log in, either. I enter my ID and password, but the screen just goes blank!
Tried today and last night it said my password or username was wrong... but they were not. I need to also pay my bills ... but when your late fifth third is sure on your case.. bad business and customer service they lie to get you to get a loan then they pull out all the fees and never give you what was promised..
