Can't log in

I received an email from fifth third bank saying my address has been changed. As I didn't change the address, this email got me worried. Tried to log into the account but have been unable to do so. Sometimes I get the message "invalid username or password" and sometimes "We are currently experiencing technical issues. For assistance, call Customer Service at 1-800-972-3030".  I wonder if the bank's system has been hacked...
