Tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. cleared cache in all 3, rebooted modem and router, updated all 3 browsers, no luck. Rebooted all 3 of my computers, no luck. Called customer service who told me to try Internet Explorer. I advised them that MS does not support that browser anymore. Asked to speak to someone in IT, waited several minutes got same person who previously told me she was not IT but now told me she was IT. This issue has been on and off for several weeks but today is crazy. Something is really wrong at Fifth Third online service.
