login response hangs & advises of technical issues please call customer service. Was online checking new account when I got knocked off, have not been able to access since. Also, after getting knocked off login will periodically state "incorrect id/password" .

Debit card declined, can not access accout online, phone calls to all numbers get disconnected. Does this mean all my automatic scheduled payments won't be made? Will the bank cover the penalty fees charged to my accounts if my payments are not credited on time?
