Cannot login to account on website or mobile

Every since this morning I have been unable to login to my account, at first I received an error about a technical issue now it's saying invalid password. Tried contacting support but they didn't answer, I was on hold for 25 minutes. I will try again tomorrow.

After speaking with a customer support agent, they informed me that the account is being held by the "protection department". I have a feeling this is caused by logging into the account while connected to a VPN server. The VPN I was using is called ExpressVPN. It is reasonable to believe their systems flagged my account as I do not normally login while using a VPN. It probably looked suspicious. Do not login to your account while connected to a VPN.

Ah, the VPN must be the issue with my account as well. It's really strange though because it says my account doesn't exist when I try to find my account username or reset my password. You'd think they would notify me with an email or phone call but I've heard nothing from them. Definitely closing my account once they let me log in again.
