cannot login says I'd does t exist

I tried to log j  the evening was able to do it this morming.....went to bank was able to pull money out if atm. Couldn't ask a teller it was too late and I waited on the phone until they shut down the line. Very confused. My mom can login. At the atm it would not show me the account balance on the screen but did print one out for all accounts but one. Very confused. Guess I'll have to call tomorrow.
