I have been unable to log in for 10 days.5th 3rd says it is a security issue and they are working on the problem. I have been a customer for 30 years and plan to leave if this is not resolved soon.

Did they have any ideas as to when or if the problem will be fixed? I called twice and they both stated it was my problem since I can log in on my phone.
I too am a long-time customer and this issue has become very frustrating.
Same problem on Windows 11 laptop for the last 3 weeks.....Customer Support was absolutely no help
