canit login to account

The telephone notification to put in the 4 digit PIN to log into account is not working.  No telephone notification to press the pound key if I was expecting this call.  Without this call I cannot input the 4 digit PIN that appears on the screen to log into account.  MY landline phone is working fine for both outgoing and incoming calls.
