Connection times out every 30 seconds after clicking "manage payees". Cannot access them or pay any bills. Aggravating.

Have not been unable to access the my payee list. Customer service suggested I try a different browser and clear all my cookies. After 30 mins of working with someone and trying Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla, nothing worked. They have no idea what the issue is but have been working on it for quite some time. May have to switch banks after 20 years
