Where can I find the main menu for Essential checking accounts. I need it to log in to my accounts.
I cannot log into my account, when I try to retrieve my pword it says I dont exist, then when I try to re register it says I already exist, what is going on??????

I coukdn't log into my 5th 3rd bank account last night and can't today! I tried to call you a few minutes ago and it said you telephone had been dis connected!! What is going on??????? I need to pay my bills!! Please respond
CAN NOT LOG IN. NEVER SHOWS THE OPTION PROMPT, I NEED TO PAY BILLS. GET WITH IT 53!!!!!!!
