I have been trying to login to my online banking today and it states my user name and password are both incorrect, when this is not the case, since I have the remember my info box checked all the time, so I don't have to remember my password and user name. This has been going on for several days and is making things extremely difficult. Can someone please fix this problem already!!!!????
I cannot log into our Fifth Third account via Google. I can log in from my Ipad and Internet Explorer on my HP computer.
