53 down AGAIN

It's down AGAIN... 3rd time this week and guess how many times I have tried to access my information- 3 TIMES!   Really lousy service when it comes to being able to check things online AND it's NOT my internet provider.  I was just on the phone with them and they checked everything.  So it is definitely 53's problem ... they DON'T go 166% better when it comes to access them online.
