Site is down, can't access invoice/billing info

I've been seeing the above for the past 21 hours. No idea how much longer than that the site has been offline. I had some urgent questions about billing to our corporate acct. I get a robot that "solves" my issue by directing me to the website. Which is down. 

After the fiasco of our last big & expensive and days late shipment, after the apperent botching of the billing for that botched delivery, this is the last straw. We're shifting to 100% UPS from this moment forward. Can you give me a reason not to do that?
