Ship Manager is down and can't access to ship. first would not save a shipment for later then went down totally.

Tried to submit an international shipping package. Fedex website gave various error messages and kicked it back, however I just received an email with a tracking number and shipment confirmation. I can't reprint the label because it doesn't exist. -_-
Terrible website. Always has problems. Such a time sink.
I have been gettin these errors on FedEx all morning:

Fedex site will not let us create labels..been doing this since 9am this morning. Finally got through to customer service rep..they told me why dont you just use UPS?? I said thats crazy as having a woman or black for president.
