Can not track

They are not honest.  Have been told three different times it would be up in an hour.  They could give me some info over the phone-like it will be delivered tomorrow.  No window is given and current location was not given.  They need to post a banner with info when it will be available.  After all thet post when there is a western state fire that they can use as cover.
