site is completely unaccessable today

The site is completely down today. I even checked with the site down website and it confirmed that so it's not just me!

I was able to get on the website yesterday, 08/23/20, but there was a glitch when I tried to pay my bill and an error message popped up.
I tried 3 times and the 2nd time it actually said that my credit card number was incorrect! I tried a 3rd time and the error notification came up again like it did the 1st time. I correctly entered all of my information properly all 3 times.

The site did allow me to use their system to send them an email. At least I was able to do that.
