it kept saying "please fix the errors below" but no errors to fix in red. I tried multiple devices and servers for past 30mins. giving up!

I have tried to create a new Fastrak account but am also stuck on "please fix errors below" when there are no errors (reported).

Same problem even I'm facing
I hate sights that ask for a new username plus a ton of information that they then reject because the username is already taken. Most places simply use email addresses that completely avoid that situation. My gues, unproven as yet, is it is a super poor error message and probably related to the username not being unique. I have not got back to this or had a chance to call them when they are operational.
