Invoice Payment has failed and 404-File Directory Not found

Tried to make payment on website and failed 5+ times and even called to pay and still can't go through as I tried 3 credit cards With available balance.  So I filed a dispute to avoid $25 late fee, then it couldn't go through and showed 404-File Directory Not Found.  Website and payment system is down.
