Cannot login

I have received emails to change my (expired) credit card information. I had to use the "Forgot Password" link, and after a few tries with different temporary passwords, over at least 2 weeks, I still cannot login to the site. Today it just shows a spinning circle that never ends.

I noticed there are several reports that the site has not been working for months. Is anyone going to fix it??
