Entered correct user name and password several times. Each time resulted in error message: "We were unable to find an account matching the information provided. Please try again."

After reporting this a couple weeks ago, I spoke to a representative today that after checking said you all are aware of the problem. Still PLEASE get this fixed.
Same thing happening to me. I contacted a customer servy rep, they told me to reset the password. Not what I asked. I reset it multiple times. I get this error "We were unable to find an account matching the information provided. Please try again."
I am seeing the same problem. WHen I hit password reset, got resent link password email. When I click this link, it's taking me to login page, there is no new password field to enter.
