Page won't load

logging in from my bank's website, I click the button that opens the https://www.ezcardinfo.com/login.aspx, doesn't open. Appears as blank page and the swirl that indicates that it's still trying to open goes continuously for up to 5 minutes (then I give up). Other sites on my computer are openingn fine, including sites where I bank and find my bill totals
