cannot login

Spoke with reps at 3 times today regarding login issues and each time they tell me the system is updating and to call back in 2 hours. I've called 3 times TODAY with 3 hrs between calls. I belive that theres something other than an update going on. This affects anyone with a TTCU platinum visa.
