Same problem here on east coast, could not login from 4PM EST to 6PM, once I was in, limited features. Ebay needs to do a better job communicating system problems, including a link to report outages that will not work because you must be logged into the ebay system to use the link. If they let customers know they are working on the problem it would lessen the hammering of multiple attempts to gain access to the system.
