Multiple attempts to pay my toll, site still doesn't work.
Getting charged fees because their damned site won't work.

I am not surprsied this site is down. We get taxed to drive a car that you already paid tax on, and tolls to drive. The roads are horrible, and the customer service is absolutley horrible.
