on the website it states if you put a credit card on file the $10 will be waived but i have read reviews regarding this stating they made account without cc and was charged and had to fight charges with their banks. it not right and i may have to write the bbb.

yep, same for me. had same issue a week ago. signing up for ezpass has yet to work for me.
