Website Inoperable

I supply my account number and password in the respective blanks, but the website doesn't recognize it.  When I try to obtain an email for a new password, the email never comes.  I do receive periodic emails from E-ZPass when my acccount is replenished by my credit card, so I know that the system has my email address.
